
Brandon was born in Beckley, WV and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. He joined the United States Marine Corps and served as a Combat Engineer. He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice from Mountain State University and later the Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to becoming an attorney, Brandon was a financial advisor with the Northwestern Mutual for 12 years. He earned the CLU designation from the American College at Bryn Mawr, PA, and previously held the Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses. Brandon has extensive experience in financial planning, investment planning, estate planning, and asset management. Brandon has extensive public service as a former Mental Hygiene Commissioner, as a Municipal Court Judge, and served 4 terms in the West Virginia House of Delegates. Brandon enjoys golf, riding ATV's and motorcycles, and fitness.
